In April 1966, Parke-Bernet sold the vast collections of Helena Rubinstein including its famous and important collection of African art and Oceanian one of the best. The catalog of this mythical list sale 261 lots, most, if not all, are represented with some color and many in full screen. Among the many sculptures reproduced listed among other ethnic groups: Sherbro, Bambara, Senufo, Dogon, Bembe and several others including their origin.
