Description
This book accompanies the fourth thematic exhibition organized by the Society of Lovers of African Art, entitled “Three Sculptures Volta“. After careful selection, 135 pieces were selected for their diversity present in the sculptures of the Tri Volta: 12 Bobo, Bwa 3, 13 Gurunsi, 32 Mossi, Lobi 63 Related and spoons and pulley brackets loom of different ethnicities. The authors do not claim a scientific, after presenting in their history, religion, political and social organization, the different ethnic groups in the Tri Volta, tried to give maximum information about the objects presented , particularly in terms of their function.
